Below we've listed some frequently asked questions...
How does the Elevate City work?
The Elevate City is modelled on Bracknell Forest and contains 15 interactive buildings each with a different purpose - i.e. our CV Hothouse will help you to write a great CV.
To access the information, simply hover your mouse over the building you're interested in and select from the list of floors! It's a good idea to start with the first floor and gradually work your way down the list to get the most out of our advice!
Is there a special order to go round my city in?
Nope - once you have created your city it is completely up to you how you use it; whatever order you go in you won’tmiss out on anything!
If you don’t know which building to begin with here are some tips:
For help finding a job a route through the Careers Advice Hall, CV Factory, WorkSearch Stadium and Interview Stage could be helpful.
For help with education a route through the Learning Bank, Motivation Turbine and Money and Benefits building could be helpful.
What is a Progress Tracker?
On the final floor of a building you will find a progress tracker.
The progress tracker is a simple ordered checklist of things you can do or think about in order to be successful in that particular area. You will find lots of downloadable content here to help you on your way!
